1. Where we deliver
The Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Other countries are available upon request via the contact page.

2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Signed copies may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

3. Delivery times and shipping costs
Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

4. Customs and taxes outside the EU
Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

5. Address check
Please check the delivery address carefully. Any costs or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses if the carrier does not support this.

6. Undeliverable or return to sender
Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or late collection from a collection point will be reshipped upon receipt by us at a recalculated shipping cost or refunded according to the return policy minus shipping costs.

7. Delayed, lost or damaged
If your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via info@akbarron.com and include your order number and any photos. We will then initiate an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Partial deliveries and stock
For multiple items, your order may be shipped in partial shipments. Pre-orders or items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as available. The estimated delivery date is listed with the product.

9. Shipping Restrictions
Legal or logistical restrictions may apply by country or region. If applicable, we will inform you before shipping.

10. Return shipping costs
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable unless required by law or when the return is a result of our error.
